See through bags. Yes or no?
I was flipping through the magazine the other day and came across a page on the whole see-through trend. See through bags definitely had their glory days, though the style still remains debatable today.
See through bags have been inspired by the rise of plastic accessories in recent years. The popularity of plastic shoes and plastic sunglasses have seen designers including Versace,
Chanel, Furla and Louis Vuitton releasing transparent or semi-transparent handbags as part of their 2012 summer line.
So, how do you wear the PVC bags? I’ve always considered them suitable for containing make-up, perfect for holding bits and bobs or simply cool to bring to the beach as a stylish accessory.
But I'm not sure if I'll actually carry one around like a day bag. There's always this question of privacy because I don’t think I would want everyone to see what I am carrying in my bag. And of course there's the chance of getting mugged in the name of fashion!
